Make these! Make a double batch--that way you can use a whole bag of chocolate chips, and almost a whole can of sweetened condensed milk. I promise that you can never, ever, have too many of these cookies!! I've been making these for about 20 years now. Got the recipe from my mother in-law. These are my favorite cookies! I only make them at Christmas time. Otherwise I'd weigh about 500 lbs. These cookies keep very well, and freeze even better. In fact, I prefer them after they've been out of the freezer for about 5 minutes. :)

These ROCK! I made them with my son for a special treat tonight. I'm not usually a big pancake fan, but these were light and fluffy and wonderful! The syrup was the perfect touch. Not too sweet. Just right. Next time we make these, we'll be sure my husband and daughter can enjoy them as well. YUMMY!!!

Holy YUM, Batman! This was awesome! I used pre-minced garlic from a jar and Kraft grated parm. from the shaker can and it was still FANTASTIC! My kids are really picky eaters and even they begged for more! Thanks for the great recipe!
