Not as good as I thought they would be! Way too much powdered sugar as some of the others suggested! It really takes away from the flavor and way too sweet! Luckily my kids like them! I think I will keep searching!

Zucchini-Chocolate Chip Muffins

These were so wonderful! My kids gobbled them up and I did change the recipe a little like other suggested to make it a little more healthy! I used whole wheat flour and half oil and applesauce and doubled the chocolate chips.

White Wine Chicken Soup

This has the most amazing flavor! Thank you so much for a wonderful recipe. I tried to make it a tad more healthy and used organic split chicken breasts and after they were cooked I just shreeded the chicken and removed the bones. I also did not use potatoes, just used three sweet potatoes instead!

Banana Sour Cream Bread

OMG, this is the one to try. I have tried several banana bread recipes, but this one is the only one I will make from now on. It turned out perfect. I did use what others suggested by cooking an additional 20 minutes (used the toothpick method) I also used foil around edges the last 30 minutes to prevent burning.
