Smoked Salmon Ravioli
It was easy to prepare and delicious. I did some changes. First, I used a different dough. Hudgson Mill has a pasta flour (a mix of semolina and durum ). At the back of the box there is a pasta recipe and it turns out very nice. Anyway, that dough worked very well but you will need to double that recipe for 1 lb of salmon, or vice versa. I substituted cream with half amount milk, I think it made the mousse lighter (in terms of fat). After all we enjoyed it :)

Chocolate Cakes with Liquid Centers
It turned out good, I was looking for another recipe so I was disappointed... Anyway, I tried the recipe with original ingredients first. Turned out rich and tasty. Then I experimented another batch--this was good too (not as rich chocolate taste--lighter). Instead of butter and chocolate, I simply melted a bar of unsalted margarine, added cocoa powder and powdered sugar. Then continued the recipe the same way. After all, it is a good recipe, but not the best chocolate recipe.....

Burger or Hot Dog Buns
I agree with ZOIESMOM99. It could have been me, but I tried twice and both times they turned out really bad! I successfully cook other breads but this one does not work....
