Angel Hair with Feta and Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Great recipe! I substituted the cilantro for basil and it came out great. People at my house kept asking for a second plate! The first time I made it I used linguini because I had no angel hair pasta around, however the second time I made it I did use angel hair and both of them were great. Thanks for the recipe!

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Hummus III

This was great! Unfortunately neither my blender nor my food processor seemed to like the garbanzo beans that much. It would never come out silky smooth but chunky. The flavor however was great! Delicious with warm pita bread. Thanks!

Kuwaiti Traditional Tea

--- the saffron I originally use is not "powdered". Its the "hair-like-strings". There must have been a confusion with the editing of the recipe, as I recall never mentioning the type of saffron I used when I submitted it. Sorry for any confusion ---

Cinnamon Spiced Coffee

I was a bit skeptical about this one. I am what you'd call a coffee purist. I like coffee and I love cinanamon, mixing them seemed at first, not a good idea, but boy, was I wrong! This coffee is so tasty! I cut the ingredients down as I was just making it for myself and it still came out excellent! Now I have to go find a recipe for a dessert that would go with it!

Grape Leaves Aleppo

This recipe is good however not tasteful enough for my liking. Dont get me wrong, its not bad, but not one of my favorties. I make grape leaves slightly differently. I add onions, tomatoes and garlic to the stuffing and omit the lemon jouce. Also, instead of covering with water I cover them with a simple tomato sauce I make (chopped tomatoes, drop of olive oil, tsp tomato paste, little bit of water and salt are heated till tomatoes soft. when its cooled I just blits it in a blender/food processor. The tomatoes and onions give it a richer taste.

Chicken Milano

This recipe is superb! The first time I made it I had no heavy cream, so I made it with bechamel, came out excellent. The second time I made it I made sure I did have heavy cream and it also came out great. I had to add more garlic though. But other than that, it was excellent! thanks!

Fluffy French Toast

This French Toast is delicious!!! The Vanilla extract gave it a whole new taste. I used to make mine without the vanilla and flour, and this recipe has forced mine into early retirement. I made a slight change though, I used butter instead of oil. I just think the butter gives it a different flavor. But overall, butter or oil, its a great recipe that is delicious and so easy to make!
