It was good, even better the next day - The only thing I changed was I used tomato paste and coconut milk because I didn’t have soup, I also added chicken bouillon. Husband LOVED it, the leftovers will be going into his lunch served with pita bread.

WOW... Simple, fast and simply wonderful. This muffin is to die for!

Going to give this 4 stars for now, I just popped these into the oven, if they come out tasting as good as the batter does, I will update and give them 5 stars! Super easy, I used 1 cup whole wheat flour, 1 cup white flour, all organic ingredients + 3 tablespoons flax seed meal. My 17 year old daughter couldn’t keep her finger out of the batter. Made 16 regular sized muffins... Probably would have made 18, but I think she ate a muffin worth of batter!

INCREDIBLY FANTASTIC! Made them exact to recipe the first time but thought it was missing something. Made the second time with the following changes: . Reduced oil to 1/4 cup . Added 3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce . Replaced white sugar with brown . Doubled the cinnamon . Increased salt to 1/2 tsp . Toasted the coconut & walnuts before adding to recipe . Lightly sprinkled tops with powdered sugar after they were done of course. All I can say is WOW... even better! I got 24 regular sized muffins both times. My 8 year old who does not like coconut or walnuts LOVED them and wants to take them for his school snack.

Love These Banana Bars! Hubby gave it a 10 - He never gives anything a 10 so that says a lot. I doubled the recipe and used 1 extra banana in the batter, baked it in an 11x13 pan. The frosting came out wonderful, a bit runny right out of the food processor but a few minutes in the fridge fixed it right up. Other than the extra banana, I followed the recipe exactly, fluffy moist and excellent! I will be making these for our next lunch social.

I have made this meat loaf a dozen times now and it always comes out great. The only change I make is to double the ketchup. Everyone LOVES IT!

Wonderful - I took others suggestions and added parmesian cheese to the butter mixture and doubled the garlic... WOW - This came out GREAT! Hubby really liked it; this recipe is going into my personal cookbook.

This didn’t thicken up at all for me so I added a tablespoon of flour. I also added three times the amount of lemon and lime juice and a little salt & pepper. Good but not great. I am serving this with garlic chicken & pasta; maybe it will taste better over the chicken.

Super Fast – but 5 minutes is WAY..... too long in my microwave! It actually took only 3 minutes per ear. Next time I will try cooking with the husks on.

By far the easiest lasagna I have ever made. I too thought it needed a little more sauce. Never-the-less, this is a great tasting, no fail, easy lasagna to make. I will make this again, next time I will add some ricotta cheese as well.

Wonderful - Made this for the family and there was nothing left over - Even my picky 6 yeaar old liked it. Will make again.

Simply Wonderful - I added 1 can of whole stewed tomatoes and chopped them myself, along with 1 fresh chopped tomato - Everyone liked this dish.

Awesome Indeed! - I have made this several times and it always comes out perfect. I have tried other pot roast recipes in the past both slow cooker and regular oven, needless to say... once I found this ever so simple recipe, it is the ONLY one I use. Halfway through the cooking time I throw in potatoes, carrots and a bell pepper. Awesome most indeed!
