It was good, even better the next day - The only thing I changed was I used tomato paste and coconut milk because I didn’t have soup, I also added chicken bouillon. Husband LOVED it, the leftovers will be going into his lunch served with pita bread.

Going to give this 4 stars for now, I just popped these into the oven, if they come out tasting as good as the batter does, I will update and give them 5 stars! Super easy, I used 1 cup whole wheat flour, 1 cup white flour, all organic ingredients + 3 tablespoons flax seed meal. My 17 year old daughter couldn’t keep her finger out of the batter. Made 16 regular sized muffins... Probably would have made 18, but I think she ate a muffin worth of batter!
