I used 1 tsp lemon juice instead of the cream of tartar since I didn't have it. I followed everything else exactly. My dough seemed a little crumbly, but that may have been due to the butter (I had to thaw it by letting it sit out and it was still quite firm). The cookies turned out great and were soooo delicious! These are definately worth a try! My 4 yr old daughter helped me bake these for her class. We rolled them in different colored sugars. They looked great and tasted great. Thanks for the great recipe.

Restaurant-Style Prime Rib Roast

This was so good and tender. Thanks BarbaraC28 for this recipe!! I think you can add any extra seasonings that you like. I did cook it at 15 min/lb. The taste was delicious!

Fresh Strawberry Upside Down Cake

This was okay. I had no problems with it sticking(and I used a bundt pan). I think I just prefer my strawberries uncooked. We had no problems making this disappear! Try it!

Zucchini Pasta II

Cranberry Pork Chops II

I am speechless! My family devoured this! I used 1 can of cranberry sauce (gellied) since it was all I had. I put about half of the sugar it called for, and I did add onion. It has a "sweet and sour" type flavor to it. I did thicken the sauce and served this over jasmine rice. Definitely a keeper! At least worth a try! And soooo simple.

Fluffy Pancakes

Fluffy was an understatement!! These pancakes are amazing! Read Kris's review if you are leery. The batter seemed thick, but the end result was melt-in-your-mouth pancakes!

Peach Cobbler Dump Cake I

Excellent!! I took the advice of previous posters and thinly sliced the butter and laid the slices so they covered the dish in a thin layer. Fabulous!! I did add cinnamon to the peaches and sprinkled extra cinnamon on top! Super easy.

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

This is similar to my own mac and cheese. I just leave out the cottage cheese. (only cause that's not something that's used in my house) It's nice to get measurements to something I've always "winged".

Vegetarian Four Cheese Lasagna

This was so delicious!! I couldn't find pumpkin so I used sweet potato. I didn't boil my noodles either...just seal the lasagna tightly with foil while cooking. I'm amazed everytime I make this, it's so good. Try it without making changes!!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

I've made this many times and it's been delicious. The last time I made it, I didn't have enough ketchup, so I used Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce...that was some good eating(I put the b.sug and bbq sauce on top). I also added W sauce like others suggested and I use quick oats instead of crackers...yummy! Thanks for the recipe.

Sausage and Egg Casserole

This was good. I will add onion, bellpeppers and bacon (leaving the salt out) next time. I may even add mushrooms. This is a wonderful recipe that can be easily tweaked to add other ingredients that you like! It's also very EASY.
