I followed exactly what GOURMETMOMMY said to do and these came out great. I think I will still cut down on the sugar next time. Everyone really enjoyed them though.

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

I made this for our Christmas eve party and everyone raved over it. I didnt use fresh garlic. I just used roasted garlic alfredo. It was so good!!! Everyone kept telling me that I must make it again.

Love this recipe! Even my 4 year old said it was delicious! I only used 1 lb of salmon and spooned the extra sauce on top of the salmon before serving. I cooked the salmon on 400 degrees so that it would caramelize. Before serving I also splashed a little extra soy sauce on each. It was the perfect touch!! This recipe is definitely a keeper.

Farmhouse Barbecue Muffins

These were quick and easy! I actually just used some bbq sauce I already had. I also added some black olives. There were none left! My teenage daughter even asked me to make them again the next day!

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

This sauce was great. I actually had some cream cheese that I mixed with a little italian dressing seasoning packet. I didn't even have any milk so I used chicken broth to thin it out. It turned out perfect. Everyone in my house loved it!

Fruit Dip II

I made this for my sisters baby shower and it was a huge hit! Everyone kept asking for the recipe. I folded in a cup of whipped cream like others suggested as well as a bit of orange juice! Came out great!

Pecan Pie V

This is absolutely one of the best pecan pies I have tasted. I made this and it was gone within the hour! My husband told me not to make it anymore because he could not stop eating it! This recipe was so easy and I liked it so much because it wasn't sickening sweet. It was perfect and the top was crunchy. Just the way I like it. This will be the only recipe I ever use from now on!

Quick Lemon Dijon Chicken

This was great! I made it and added sour cream as some suggested. My husband asks me to make this over and over. He could eat this every week! I served it over rice with some vegetables. Quick and easy!

Buttercream Icing

I always use this recipe and everyone loves it. I usually use water instead of milk so that the cake does not have to necessarily be refrigerated. I also just add teaspoons of water until its the consistancy that I want. I whip this in my mixer so long until people have commented that it tastes like ice cream. They absolutely love it!

Penne with Chicken and Pesto

I love this recipe! It was so easy! I actually made it for lunch and ate it again for dinner. My family had rave reviews. I also took advice from some other reviews and used half and half. I used more chicken stock to make more sauce and it came out perfect! This is definately a favorite on my list.

Banana Pudding IV

I made the recipe EXACTLY as it is written and it was excellent!!!!! I actually made 3 in one week because so many people were going crazy over it and wanted some to take home! This recipe is perfect in every way. I don't reccomend changing it at all! Replacing the vanilla pudding with banana flavored would make it taste fake. The only change I made was adding more vanilla wafers because I always like extra cookies!

Candy Cane Fudge

This was a big hit at my church's Christmas party! People kept asking me for the recipe. I did follow previous advice and used white chocolate chips instead of the vanilla baking chips though. The mixture gets stiff quickly so if you are going to add the food coloring at the end you had better pay close attention.

Coconut Pecan Frosting II

This is a wonderful recipe! I can just eat spoonfuls by itself. It was a big hit with us. You do have to double the recipe if you are going to frost the sides of a 2 layer cake.

Whipped Shortbread Cookies
