Chicken and Bacon Shish Kabobs
The marinade was great and basic. My local grocery store was out of green onions so I used half of a yellow onions and minced it. I also added onion chunks and green peppers and marinaded that with the mushrooms and chicken. It all tasted great. Next time I would omit the bacon. The chicken was great but the bacon made it seem fatty. I wasn't too sure about the bacon being cooked enough so I popped it into the microwave for a minute.

Beer Battered Chicken
Liked very much. Very simple. The batter was thick but didn't seem heavy after eating, actually light. Probably because I used vegetable oil. Was a little bland but will add spices next time. I have heard that adding cornstarch makes it crispier. Will try that next time and let you know how it works out.

Beer Steak
Loved this! It was so flavorful. I didn't have lemon pepper so I added pepper and lemon juice. Very yummy! Will become a regular recipe in our house!
