Baby Back Ribs
I used the dry rub as described by Cathy M., but forgot to put the salt in the rub, AND didn't have time to let sit overnight. Results were still fabulous. Also, did not wrap too tightly in foil. It turned out moist regardless. I didn't add any sauce until after the full cook time -- then I slathered it on and broiled each side for 2 minutes.

Better Than Sex Cake II

Better Than Best Fried Chicken
You have to try this method -- don't get impatient with the batter setting time -- but definitely spice the chicken and batter until it smells right to you. So much better than drive-thru!
