3 Packet Crockpot Roast

I have been making this for years. My recipe actually calls for cooking it for 8-10 hours. It is best to have some marbling on the roast as it creates the gravy. I don't add water to it. I find cooking it for 10 hours is best. I like to cut up potatoes and cook it with the roast, makes for some really tastey potatoes.

Cake Balls

I used the mixer to mix the cake/frosting, makes for a smooth "batter", the melon baller makes them to small, used a teaspoon and my hands, froze the batch for about 2 hours, and dipped using a fork, i have no idea how you are suppose to coat all those balls with 3 oz of coating, i used a pound package and that was just about right. Overall a very good receipe, something different for the holidays, I am going to make a batch at Christmas using red and green sprinkles on top.

Easy Iced Coffee

Very Good! I used splenda, makes it a nice low-cal treat. Reminds me of Starbucks Doubleshots, (I added a little more coffee than called for), which you can't find anymore.

Charline's Sweet Potato Casserole

Anything that gets my step son to eat sweet potatoes is ok in my book. Everyone that tries this loves it. I put the sweet potatoes wrapped in foil in with the turkey for about an hour then they are easy to peel and mash. I will continue to make this for Thanksgivings to come.

Honey Mustard Beer Brats

MY HUSBAND LOVED THIS, I USED THE EXTRA CAN OF BEER ALSO, AND HAD TO ADD MUSTARD BECAUSE I COULDN'T FIND HONEY MUSTARD BBQ SAUCE, I LIKED THE FACT THAT THE BRATS ARE COOKED, SO IT DOESN'T MAKE A FIREY MESS ON THE GRILL.
