Perfect Pumpkin Pie
This is the exact recipe that my mom always made when I was growing up. The only difference is that she used pumpkin pie spice instead of the other spices. I've been making it now since she passed away in 2000. I made it this year for Thanksgiving and my 8 year old nephew ate almost the whole pie by himself and proclaimed it the best pie he had ever eaten. That was all the praise I needed!

Easy Sour Cream Cheesecake
WOW! That's all my husband, son and dinner guest kept saying. This was a delicious and very easy cheesecake to make. The only difference was I made a graham cracker crust at the last minute because I dropped my premade crust in the sink by mistake. Topped with a blueberry topping and it was , by far, one of the best cheesecakes we've every had. Thank you!!!

Simple Herb Rice
Very good recipe! Always looking for something to add a little pizazz to rice and this worked like a charm. Didn't have instant rice so I used regular rice instead. I just followed the cooking directions on the box of rice and added the cooked onions, bouillon cubes and spices. It was a delicious side dish and will definitely be making again. Thanks.
