Easy Minute Steaks
I made this tonight, and it was really good. I coated my steaks with flour, and browned them in garlic and herb olive oil. The flavors mixed well with the french onion soup. These were also the most tender cube steaks I've ever had. My husband and 5 year-old loved them. I served them with herbed new potatoes and veggies, and there are no leftovers! I will definitely make these again.

Broccoli Cheese Soup VIII
This recipe is much too large to be prepared in a standard size microwave oven. I made the full batch in my slow cooker, and it was filled to the brim. It was OK, though the taste of processed cheese was heavier than I tend to prefer.

Enchilada Casserole II
This recipe is really good! I added a can of corn and used taco mix instead of the individual spices. I also only used two tortillas, instead of four. My pan would not have held four layers. My family loved it! My two-year-old ate two helpings, and there are no leftovers! This is a quick, easy, and inexpensive meal. I could probably make it ahead of time and refrigerate it, too, which I love as a working mom. I will definitely make it again.
