This meatloaf wasn't bad.Hubby and kids ate it but there was alot of grease and my oldest son asked me "why didn't you just make tacos"seems the taco flavoring is over whelming for only 1 pound of ground beef.Maybe adding another pound of ground beef to the recipe would help.

My family loved this recipe.I did use bacon instead of ham (following the advise of other reviews)and it was wonderful!Thanks karen for a great recipe! What a winner!

I thought this recipe was o.k. but no one else did I think it was all the vinegar! I would at least cut the amount in half.I'm not sure about the amount of chili powder either..I will still try making this again with some adjustments.I really liked the idea of the sausage.I'm going to tone it down a bit next time.
