The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
Just like the name says! As much as I bake I've avoided rolled cookies because they are too hard...until now. Super easy and comes out perfect each time. I used other members tips: add extra vanilla, cut back on one egg, etc. Great cookies...no reason to be afraid anymore!

Cannoli
This turned out amazing and I'm not even a huge fan of cannoli. TIP--drain the cheese!
