I like cooking but I hate the guess work, so people usually hear me wispering what is that I am going to cook weeks in advance. :P Anything with meat! Christmas is always a cooking time, making the traditional "Tamales de Navidad" is the best thing in the world, it includes the whole family, it doesn't matter that it takes all day, is a great thing when at the and of the day we sit together to eat a "tamal" with fresh coffee! When I create my own recipes and everyone loves them I feel I succeed! Baking Cookies is a mess all the time :o(
