Graham Cracker Crust
I made this with chocolate graham crackers and it was great - perfect with the 'Old Fashioned Coconut Cream Pie' recipe here on the site by Carol H.

Chicken Marsala
I made this for 20 people for Christmas dinner and everyone loved it! I wish there had been more leftovers, b/c I think it was even better reheated. My only change was to cook some onions with the mushrooms, and a little butter to finish the sauce at the end.

Shrimp Scampi III
I quadrupled the recipe easily and made it for a crowd on Christmas Eve. Everyone loved it and it went together quickly so I could spend time with our guests. I nixed the cheese this time, and would add more garlic in the future if I was just making it for myself.
