About this Cook
My favorite things to cook
Desserts. I'd rather make cookies and cakes then spagetti and dinner foods.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Dont really have any, although whoopie pies have kind of become a thing in my family. My gram is always making blue berry muffins and homemade relish.
My cooking triumphs
I've mastered Spinach artichoke dip. not hard to make but everyone loves it. I make pretty darn good choc. chip oatmeal cookies too.
My cooking tragedies
Sadly to say... I tried making a boxed Angel food cake and it was a disaster! also tried making choc. chip cookies but with brand name dinner mints chopped up in it.. they came out flat..

Chewy Brownies
They weren't chocolatety enough for me. Actually kind of boring and like other posts said.. the bottoms were kind of wet. i thought i had burned them but they just browned too quickly on the bottom.

Honey-Glazed Carrots
Easy and simple. Didnt cook syrup long enough before adding carrots but it was a hit none the less!

Lemon Garlic Tilapia
I really enjoyed this. Gentle flavor. Didnt need to cook it for half an hour though. Definitally use FRESH lemons, not the bottle lemon juice.
