Easy Chicken Tetrazzini

This is my new favorite tetrazzini dish now, it was great. So easy to make, especially when you cook the chicken in advance. I will definitely be adding this recipe to my regular rotation!

Chicken Broth in a Slow Cooker

Mexican Cream Cheese Rollups

Very delicious. Easy to personalize also... I left out the green olives. I used cheddar jalapeno tortillas. Quick and easy. I made them the night before and sliced right before serving.

CRISCO® Chicken Enchiladas

Slow Cooker Ham and Beans

Slow Cooker Green Beans, Ham and Potatoes

I've made this twice now and it's always a hit. I used cubed ham chunks this time, but last time, I think just used some bacon drippings. Everything else was the same as what was in the recipe.

Not bad at all. I plan to make it again and make a few changes. I'm not a fan of taco seasoning, so I left it out and I'm afraid it was just a tad bland. So next time I think I will add some enchilada sauce to the meat. I also like the idea of adding a layer of beans, so I'll try that too.

Spicy Rapid Roast Chicken

We loved this recipe and we'll have it again! It was very juicy and flavorful. I put about 1/4 of a large onion inside and also added a few minutes to the cooking time since my bird was a bit bigger than what the recipe called for.

Taco Seasoning I

I do not like to use taco seasoning packets when making tacos because it's just too much seasoning. This recipe is perfect. I put it in a shaker and use as much (or little) as I want for seasonings in all of my mexican style dishes. I could buy a packet and do the same thing, but why spend the money when I've already got the spices in my cabinet!

Minestrone Soup I

Blackened Chicken
