Chicken Marinade
This is a wonderful marinade! I cut back a little on the oil and boiled the remaining marinade to make a sauce. I used the sauce over noodles with stirfried snow peas, garlic and red pepper. Would be a great marinade for veggies and pork. Delicious!

Crawfish Linguine
This is wonderful and very, very easy! To make it healthier, I used fat free half and half, and half of the amount of fat (and used light butter). I mixed it with whole wheat pasta and loved it! The sauce is not very think, but we liked it like that. Oh, and an extra clove of garlig was perfect.

Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast
this was wonderful! I did make a few changes. 1. I doubled the liquid ingredients (except for the sugar) 2. Used brown sugar instead of white 3. Dissolved 1 small cube of beef boullion in the 2 cups of hot water 4. Used red wine vinegar with garlic flavor. My husband and I loved it! Perfectly moist and tender. Served it with 2 amazing side from this site - sugar snap peas with mint and smushed apples and sweet potatoes. Try it, you'll love it!
