These are great. I normally don't like oatmeal cookies, but with these you almost can't taste the oatmeal, they just are really chewy. I used 1 cup butter flavored Crisco + 2 Tbsp. water instead of butter. I left out the walnuts and had to bake mine for almost 20 minutes at 325 and then left on cookie sheet for anohter 10 minutes. Made 26 medium-sized cookies.

This is the best cheese bread I've ever had. The only thing I did differently is I added the parmesan in with the butter and other ingredients, spread that on the bread, and then topped it with a bunch of mozzarella. YUMMY! This is way better than the kinds that use mayonnaise.
