Made this recipe last night for "Steak Night" at my brothers. 1/2'd it and used on skirt steak (husband hates ribeye). Great tast, very juicy, super tender! Will add to the rotation :) Thanks Willy. Also made a copy cat version of Outback's Sautedd Mushrooms. Went great together.

Made this for dinner last night. I also dredged the chicken in egg before flour. The only other change I made (addition) was to saute baby spinach with a little garlic and use as a bed for the chicken. I also did not have gruyere but a bag of shredded Italian 6 Cheese Mix was creamy and wonderful. My husband said "Good Stuff" at least three times during the meal. It's a keeper. Thanks!

Made this yesterday for a BBQ. Took other reviewers advice and added cilantro and black beans for a mexican flair. Also used grape tomatoes and balsamic vinegar instead of the white. Was a nice change from potato and mac salads. Really like the crispness of the corn. Enjoyed with the habanero lime salmon from this site and a green salad.
