I love hockey, quilting and my family. When I cook on a game day everything must be done before the game starts. With 82 games a year...well, the kids get used to it. I cook a wide variety of foods. Mostly Italian and German. We cook a lot of pork at our home. Christmas is a fun meal for us. My husband either cooks a full polish meal or a lasagna. It is up to him. Chicken breasts with no condiments AT ALL...dry hard burnt hockey pucks! My father and husband ate them anyway, poor guys!
