Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Loved this- Sifted flour twice, mixed all wet ingredients before adding into dry ingredients, and added vanilla to wet mixture! This will defiantly replace my bisquick- same taste but no trans fat!

I made these without the bread machine and they were delicious! I wish I knew a way to make them a little less sweet. I love gooeyness but to be honest these were so rich it was hard for me to eat a whole one...

Sausage Mushroom Quiche

My mother in law sometimes adds red peppers to this as well, which my husband loves, but I like it better with just the sausage and mushrooms!
