Venison Salami

I have made this before ... it's a great to serve with crackers and cheese. After mixing the ingrediants though, I roll it into logs then wrap each log in plastic wrap and let sit in the fridge for 24 hours before baking.

Amazing Coconut Pie

I made the recipe as in the original directions and it came out great with a crust even... I would try the variation though ... would like a little more crust. Also I drisled hot fudge over the top of it to dress it up. Going to make it again today and try strawberry jam instead of the hot fudge.

Great recipe ... just make sure you only drop a little batter, it does spread alot. My family preferred them without the chocolate ... but they're great either way.
