Sugarless Fruit Nut Muffins
Absolutely Awesome!!! These are so moist ... they remind me of Morning Glory Muffins. I didn't have prunes or raisins, but added dried mixed berries instead. Also added coconut flakes when I added the nuts. Will make these again, and again, and again. Thank you Lynn!!

Venison Salami
I have made this before ... it's a great to serve with crackers and cheese. After mixing the ingrediants though, I roll it into logs then wrap each log in plastic wrap and let sit in the fridge for 24 hours before baking.

Amazing Coconut Pie
I made the recipe as in the original directions and it came out great with a crust even... I would try the variation though ... would like a little more crust. Also I drisled hot fudge over the top of it to dress it up. Going to make it again today and try strawberry jam instead of the hot fudge.
