Cream Corn Like No Other
I guess this is cream corn rather than creamed corn, but it certainly fulfills the role. I thickened mine with cornstarch rather than flour, for no reason other than I was out of flour at the time.

White Chocolate, Chocolate Cookies
I was cooking in a college dorm with borrowed cookingware, limited ingredients, and none of my own recipes, and I was in a rush. These cookies came out perfect on the first try. The batter is very fluffy and the cookies are very soft. I used non-hydrogenated margarine instead of butter, but otherwise followed the recipe precisely: great!

Watergate Salad
Not too sweet if you use crushed pineapple in juice (instead of syrup), very light and refreshing. Most kids seem to like it better without the nuts (and it lasts longer in the fridge that way too). The recipe makes a lot, but people tend to eat a lot too, so it works out great.
