Gourmet Mushroom Risotto
this recipe was sooooo good! only reason for the 4 stars is that it takes a really really long time to cook, but it's definitely worth it! i used less mushrooms also b/c it called for a lot of mushrooms. looks like mush the next day but still tastes really good.

Beef Stew VI
this is a great recipe! i had to add more water and more corn starch than the recipe called for, and i also dipped the meat in flour/garlic powder mixture before putting it in the pan. other than that, this recipe is pretty simple and is delicious.
