Cara's Creamy Stuffed Shells
This was great! Only changes I made, I used half ground beef and half pork sausage. Used a little Italian seasoning on the meat. Took other people's suggestions and doubled the pasta sauce on top of the shells. And put several handfuls of mozzarella cheese on top about 3 minutes before cooking time was up. Delicious, easy and had lots of leftovers!

St. Louis Toasted Ravioli
These were pretty good. I took some other people's suggestions and doubled coated them with them breadcrumbs, which I think definitely made them better. Maybe my oil was too hot, or I did something wrong, but I think they would be better if the cheese would have been more gooey. Could have been the brand of raviolis as well I suppose...

Baked Ziti IV
This recipe was so easy and amazing! Made it for a Sopranos party and everyone loved (and devoured) it. So cheesy and delicious. I took some other people's suggestions and used ricotta cheese instead of cottage cheese, other than that followed the recipe step by step. Very good leftovers as well!
