Black Bean Soup with Rice and Sherry
This is the BEST Black Bean Soup I have ever had! If it was like eating gruel your beans were probably not thoroughly cooked. Excellent recipe and thanks for sharing.

Zippy Chicken Corn Chowder
I made this chowder as directed and I wouldn't change a thing! This was delicious! I was thrilled that the recipe made 10 servings. It was enough that my family of 5 could have it for lunch the next day.
