Oatmeal Chip Cookies
Really great cookies! I like a little more salt in my cookies, so I added about double what the recipe called for. I also added a little more baking powder. And then refrigerated the dough for a while. I heard before that the dough being cool helps prevent flat cookies...

Lisa's Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cake
Definately can add 2 cups of chocolate chips; I used the regular sized ones, not the minis and it was really good. I made it with the satiny glaze as others recommended which was very tasty (heated in the microwave easily). I served the cake with mint chocolate chip ice cream, which everyone loved!

BLT Dip
Very good. I served it with the rectangular Keebler style crackers. I would reccommend putting some of the bacon pieces to the side and saving them to sprinkle on top of the dip with some of the tomatoes as well; this gives guests an idea of what the dip is - and makes it look more festive. Definately make ahead and refrigerate to make the flavors blend - I did add a little onion powder.
