I'm a 35 yr old Mommy to 7 yr old TRIPLETS!!!!! Two girls, one boy! I love to cook, bake, eat..... I love to try new things/experiment, I love to eat out and I love talking about food! My favorite things to cook
In the warmer months I live to grill!! I got a Ducane 60,000 BTU gas grill for my birthday 4 yrs ago and I keep it running allll summer!
But, I love cooking just about anything... in the winter I love to bake homemade breads, cakes and cookies. I love casseroles. I love big salads chock full of goodies.

My cooking triumphs
I once made beef wellington for my Father-in-Law's birthday and it was a HUGE hit and looked, smelled and tasted AWESOME! I was very proud!
That and making my kids' birthday cakes.. this year I made 2 mermaid cakes and used marshmallow fondant for the first time for the tails and they came out FANTASTIC!!!!!
