Three Cheese Baked Pasta
Even my 4 year old liked it!! (And it's pretty hardd to make something he wants seconds of!)

Famous Pork Chops
Use 1 Tbls of Butter for each chop. Cook time was more than recipe, but they were mostly frozen when I put them in. 2 eggs instead of 3. I cooked 8 chops.

Apple Coffee Cake
Very Good, but too much brown sugar on the top. Half would be fine.
