Peppermint Cookies
This recipe was really good... It's one of the few peppermint cookie recipes I've been able to find. I melted some chocolate chips (and added 3/4 tsp. of peppermint extract) to drizzle over the cookies after they cooled. Or you could dip half of the cookie in melted chocolate and sprinkle some crushed candy cane on top.
