This recipe was really good... It's one of the few peppermint cookie recipes I've been able to find. I melted some chocolate chips (and added 3/4 tsp. of peppermint extract) to drizzle over the cookies after they cooled. Or you could dip half of the cookie in melted chocolate and sprinkle some crushed candy cane on top.

These are amazing. To use as an appetizer or for a football party... cut the chicken into bite-size pieces of very small tenders.

This is a delicious pie! I never thought of combining pears with a custard pie, but it is perfect. I think it's a great dessert for holidays.
