To Die For Blueberry Muffins

This is like a coffie cake w/ blueberries in it. It was good! Defintely will make again during blueberry season.

Steak House Au Gratin Potatoes

Easy & good! I didn't really care for the cheddar cheese just melting on top like a cheese skin, but it tasted good. Thanks for another way to make potatoes!

Green Punch

Made this for my 4 yr old's Halloween party. It was a hit! I only used 1 can of OJ & omitted the sugar. I thought it tasted great & had a perfect witch's brew color! Thanks for the great recipe!

Sandy's Casserole

Hubby loved this! Kids were mixed reviews. I used 1 can cream of chic & 1 cream of mushroom & left out the can of mushrooms. covered & stirred half way, uncovered last 10 min & topped w/ french fried onions. Made a ton & will half next time. Good enough to make it semi regular in my house.

Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting

No thanks, this did not turn out for me at all. I whipped these plenty & still had a cookie dough like consistency & it just slide right off the brownies I tried to frost. Tasted good, but nothing like frosting.

Brownie Batter + Cupcake = The SECOND BEST Cupcake. Ever

These were just okay for me. The brownie cooked too much & so it seemed more like really dense marble cake. Topped w/ choc frosting so we still ate them up, but probably won't try these again.

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

These were good. I did about 4 breast halves & used a 5 oz bottle of Franks & 3 oz of chicken broth. (We're not huge hot fans) This was good for a change but I missed the true buffalo wing texture.

Burrito Pie

This was just okay for me. Made it for a potluck & most of it was eaten. I didn't use as many tortillas as called for & didn't add the beans to the meat mix, spread them on the tortillas instead. It made a ton & was good, but not great. Probably keep this one if I need another mexican dish, but not a regular recipe for me.

Foil Potatoes

These were just okay. These took longer than 40 min & you had a big pool of butter in the foil. Thanks for something new, but I don't think I'll make again, rather do regular baked potatoes.

this was okay. I think it might be good if you it was frozen & used a real crust (this mostly stayed in the pan like crumbs do.) I may try it again if i am overloaded w/ candy canes again.

Beer Cheese Pretzel and Dip

this was just okay. not really pretzels, more like breadsticks. We didn't really care for the dip (I tried it hot) but the bread dipped in pizza sauce was good. Thanks for something different to try, but I probably won't make this again.

Pizza Dough I

this was just okay. I added garlic powder & italian seasoning to the dough & let it raise for about 20 min before flattening. It was just okay. I'd make it again if I had ingredients on hand, but wouldn't plan this for dinner.

Summer Squash Pizza Crust

Wonderful way to hide veggies! My hubby loves pizza & hates vegetables, he had no idea there was zucchini in this & had 3 servings. It was a little soft in the middle but good still. I'll make this again to use up extra zucchini.

Jimmbo's Garlic Knots

These were pretty good. It made a ton of tiny little knots. I used butter & tossed all toppings on in a bowl after baking. I'd make these again, but adjust the garlic amt & try to get bigger knots.

Grocery Store Frosting

this was okay. I figured out that a pound of powdered sugar is about 3 1/2 cups. Which tasted a little too sweet. I just made half a recipe & easily frosted 24 cupcakes. I might use this again if i need frosting for kids cakes. I liked how it held up to temp changes, didn't melt like canned frostings.

Faux-reos

I couldn't really eat these because of how much shortening was in it. My hubby liked them. they don't really taste like oreos, just chocolate cookies w/ frosting. The recipe made about 32 3inch finished cookies. I found them quite difficult to remove from my parchment lined baking sheets. I won't make again unless asked to.

Two Tier Strawberry Pie

This was "okay", but I'm not gonna make again. The grenadine was too much for me & overtook the whole flavor. Not good as a leftover, it separated & the strawberries looked mushy. I liked the idea of this, but did not care for the result.
