Colleen's Slow Cooker Jambalaya
I made this for work for Fat Tuesday. I doubled the recipe, in hopes that there would be some to take home for dinner. There wasn't. Everyone raved about it! I will be making this again, this time for the family!

Chicken 'n' Stuffing
I added sage, thyme & basil and it gave it wonderful flavor. It was a little dry, although I only used 1 3/4 cans of broth. We ended up using a can of cream of chicken soup as gravy & it tasted wonderful with it. DH thought it was good, so overall, it's a good recipe (with the herb additions) & I'll make it again.

Grilled Delmonico Steaks
This was very good! The only changes that I made was that I didn't have any steak sauce, & I used Montreal Steak seasoning (a little spicy). I used it to marinade a couple of chuck steaks, which are known to be a little tough, but not with this marinade! I will definitely use this again!!
