I loved this!! My husband and I are spinach artichoke dip fanatics and I had a different recipe that was replaced with this one! I did substitute the Monterey Jack cheese with Mozzarella - wonderful!!

Old-Fashioned Potato Soup

This is the best potato soup I have ever tried! I did add 2 teaspoons of salt for a little extra flavoring - worked wonders and we never have any left! Neighbors and family members request this soup at gatherings...

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

This was so easy to make and I didn't have much left over; I can't tell you how many people wanted the recipe! One thing: Instead of using an actual garlic clove, I just used minced garlic and it tasted the same...

Creamed Turkey with Bow Ties

Loved this! I cooked this for our friends for the first time and let's just say it was very quiet at dinner time. I did add some shredded mozzarella to the top when I reheated, and that went over just as well.

Shrimp Chowder

I wanted to say how authentic this recipe was! It tasted great right off of the stove and even warmed up. I did add pepper and some shredded cheese to the recipe for added taste, but otherwise, great job!!
