Microwave Peanut Brittle
WONDERFUL! I have a 1000 watt microwave so adjusted the times as follows with perfect results every time: first time 3 1/2 minutes, after adding peanuts another 2 minutes, after adding butter and vanilla 1 more minute. I added a heaping teaspoon of baking soda and quickly spread on the pan which I had coated with non-stick cooking spray. I also made a batch with slivered almonds and it was great. Thank you! debby

Restaurant-Style Hashbrown Casserole
Just what we were looking for - like the recipe from a popular restaurant we love. I did make two changes which we feel improved the recipe. I added 2 cans of soup instead of one - and 3 cups of cheese instead of 2. thanks!

Spiced Ham Loaf
This is by far the BEST HAM LOAF recipe ever. The only change I made was to add some pineapple juice to the glaze, and lay three pineapple slices on the loaf before baking.
