Soft Giant Pretzels
Not exactly like the mall pretzels but if you do it right it's very close and well worth the t8ime spent for the money you save. To all the reviewers that didn't know what to do with the baking soda or ended up with batter I suggest you read the recipe because the soda and larger quantitiy of water are for the bath not the dough. I really liked this recipe but it could easily go wrong if you dont pay attention. I follow the recipe exactly except i use bread flour or sub 1 Tbsp per cup of gluten flour to make bread flour, this makes a much chewier pretzel. It is also important to knead well to get chewy pretzels. Also i used a small sauce pan and 1 Tbsp of baking soda per cup of water for the bath same solution just not as much of it. i use a flat slotted spatula to remove it from the water and brush with melted butter right after i take the mout of the oven and sprinkle with salt.

Vanilla Wafer Cookies
These are good, I did substitute 65% vegetable oil spread since I was out of butter and they came out fine. They aren't crispy like the store bought ones but they didn't last long enough to cool so they may have been less chewy if they'd had a chance to cool. That tells you how good they are though. I piped them also and it was really easy.
