Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

LOVED THESE! Cut the oil in half to 1/4 cup and happened to have vanilla yogurt in the house, so I used that instead of plain yogurt and vanilla. Moist and delicious and almost all gone in one day!!! Thank you, they are delicious!

General Tao Chicken

This was fabulous! We loved the sauce, but we like a little heat so added garlic chili sauce (sambal olek) and this made it taste just like a restaurant! Next time, I'm going to try it with just chicken pieces unbreaded to see if it stands alone, just to cut the fat of breading and frying... Thank you for sharing this awesome recipe!

Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce

This was really wonderful. I served it at a dinner party and got many raves. I only added an extra sprinkle of dill on the fish before cooking, just because we like it. The sauce was yummy too and I made it with both fat free mayo and sour cream for my diet. Didn't know the difference. Thanks for sharing.

Sloppy Joes II

This was a very good basic recipe. We didn't have green peppers so I used carrots instead. It was very tasty. My kids live on hot sauce, so both felt the need to spice it up, and then they devoured it.

Rhubarb Strawberry Crunch

This was soooo yummy! I took what others said and filled a big casserole with strawberries and rhubarb (probably double the recipe called for) and mixed it with one cup of splenda and just a little more flour for thickener. I also halved the topping to cut the fat content and cooked it the same 45 mins. It was so good my family devoured the huge casserole in one day!

Miso and Soy Chilean Sea Bass

I'm not a fish lover, but this was so un-fishy and delicious that I can't wait to have it again. We grilled it for about 9 minutes each side (it was a very thick piece) and enjoyed it for Mother's Day.

Linda's Lasagna

We loved this! I used whole wheat lasagna, 1% cottage cheese, mixed a big handful of frozen (squeezed out the water) Spinach in the cheese mixture and used less mozzarella to make 1/8 worth only about 8 points for weight watchers. It was really filling and delicious!

Grandma's Peach French Toast

This was as good as everyone says! I did listen to the reviewers and used 6 eggs and 1/2 cup of milk and I also cut up 10 slices of challah bread into pieces (tossing them first in the egg mixture instead of pouring over - much easier) so I could serve it to more people as only 6 pieces fit into the dish if they were whole. EXCELLENT AND SIMPLE RECIPE!

Mediterranean Puff Pastry Chicken

I would give this more stars if I could. I made this for 8 people and it was so impressive to look at, I felt like a gourmet chef! I rolled the pastry thin as suggested and baked for about 45 mins. It was absolutely perfect! I'm sure it would be wonderful with anything you wish to fill it with as well. Very versatile and easy to personalize with whatever filling you wish. Got rave reviews from everybody!

Chocolate Pretzels

I wonder if anybody else had the problem I had. My Hershey kisses wouldn't melt properly and when I tried to put the m&m into it, it cracked rather than collapse smoothly. They were tasty, but not as pretty as I hoped.

Asian Beef with Snow Peas

This was wonderful and simple to make. I used striploin, broccoli, mushrooms and green onions with a touch of sesame oil in the pan, and made the sauce exactly as directed et Voila! on a bed of rice it was the perfect meal.

This was very good. I used Splenda to cut the calories, and halved the vinaigrette because others said it was too oily. Also added a touch of apple cider vinegar for a little more zing.
