I am an ecstatic mother of 2 beautiful girls - a 3-year old, McKenna, and 2-year old, Jordan. I've loved to cook from as far back as I can remember. I distincly recall when I was 4-years old - standing on a chair over a stove making a hamburger (what were my parents thinking?!!). I still try to prepare as many home-cooked meals as possible but being a mom to two small children is a challenge. I love cooking Chinese dishes. I picked up a lot of recipes from my Mother and have made up a few of my own. Making homemade wontons and fried dim sum. Mastering greek "moussaka" and making pies from scratch. Trying to duplicate Cheesecake Factory's Jambalaya dish.
