Chicken Tortellini Soup With Zucchini and Tomatoes
ADD ROSEMARY! I am not sure exactly how much I added - a couple of pinches - but it made all the difference. I also added a couple of bay leaves. I used 2 cans of (undrained) diced tomatoes instead of 1 and way more tortellini than the recipe called for. (I had a 32 oz bag and used nearly all of them)

Delicious Black Bean Burritos
These were really delicious and easy to prepare. I added 1/2 lb of sliced top round rubbed with a mixture of 1/2 tps red chili flakes, 1/2 tps cumin, 1 tps chili powder and 1/8 tps cayenne. I browned that in some olive oil and removed it to a bowl before cooking the veggie mixture. I then stirred the meat back in along with some fresh diced tomatos right before adding the cream cheese. My husband loved them. I will definitly be making these again.

Creolized Stuffed Chicken Breasts
My husband and I agreed that if we had gone to a fancy restaurant and spent a lot of money on this dish that we would not have been dissapointed. As suggested, I used the the andouille sausage and cremini muchrooms. I served it with peppers stuffed with a cajun style rice and cheese. Very Good.
