I used about a 1/3 of the Hershey's Classic Caramel Syrup (squeeze bottle) instead of the individually wrapped caramels. This saved a lot of time. Step 5 says to bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, but I had to bake it for 23 minutes. We make this all the time!
