Tuna Noodle Casserole II
Despite being in my 40's and living in the hot dish capitol of the world (Minnesota), I have never made tuna casserole! My daughter requested it "just like grandma made." I've never had hers and chose this recipe based on the comments. This was wonderful! I did add about 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, an extra can of tuna, and used what I had for cheeses (fat free cheddar and mozzarella). And since I didn't have any potato chips, I sprinkled panko bread crumbs on top. I'll definitely make this again!

Sam's Famous Carrot Cake
I just made this tonight for a family gathering. Followed the recipe exactly (except for no coconut, raisins, or nuts - picky family members). My cupcakes are GREAT!! Very moist, nice flavor. Found my carrot cake recipe!!!

Slow Cooker Tapioca Pudding
Five stars, with the addition of some vanilla and salt at the end. I also left the eggs out until about halfway through the cooking process, then tempered them before adding. Frequent stirring is a must. My husband requests this often, and we eat it right out of the crockpot. Who can wait for it to cool?!
