Great base for a pancake recipe. I used slightly less than 1 tbs baking powder, just a pinch of salt and no vegetable oil. The pancakes came out very fluffy. I added fried apples and cinnimon sugar. They were a hit! Thanks for giving me a place to start!

So flavorful and delicious. The only problem I had was the skin fell off as I was cooking it. The gravy was great!

This came out great. I loved it!! When I made the custard, I tasted it straight out of the pan, and it was a bit bitter. I was kind of worried. But after letting it sit for awhile, the flavor mellowed out, and it was so rich and smooth. I used a different meringue recipe, so I can't comment on that. But the filling was great.
