Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
This was SO easy and used ingredients I normally keep in the kitchen. It's easily customizable, as well, so you can add cheese (we did) and other veggies if you desire. The best part is, it was ready in under a 1/2 hour! I boiled the potatoes in chicken stock instead of using chicken bouillon granules, and it turned out perfectly. Definitely a recipe I will be using again and again!
