Good, maybe a little less cloves would be better, it over powers the cinnamon.

Spiced Sweet Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
Very good, better with fresh roasted red pepper... roast on the stove, then wrap in paper towels till cool and peel off charred skin, never rinse, you lose so much flavor. I also added some extra virgin, about a tablespoon... very good...

Welsh Rabbit (Rarebit)
Very good, like I remember my parents making when I was a kid. I made it in my fondue pot. Served it with toast, bacon and some sliced tomatoes.
