I've made this 4 times now. This is the best Vegetable Soup ever. I make fresh bread each time I make the Soup. I use 4 cans on chicken stock is my only change to the recipe.

Yummy....I love tofu and this was great. The only change was I froze the tofu for an hour befor frying and used 2 onions.

I’m always looking for vegetarian recipes and this one goes to the top of my list as the best. And now for the sub’s, I don’t care for kidney beans so I used a can of pinto beans. I also used Bulker Wheat in place of the Vegetarian Burger. (1-1/2 cups added to 1-1/2 cups boiling water, shut off stir and let sit 15 min. Thank You so much Anichka
