Pork with Mushroom Dijon Sauce
Soooooo good. I used thick-cut pork chops so I cooked them in the sauce for about 20 minutes, rather than the 10 that the recipe suggested. Very good and couldn't be easier.

Italian Wedding Soup I
Incredible! My family raved about this recipe. I followed it almost exactly with a couple of very minor adjustments. I added about 1/2 tsp of beef bouillion powder to the broth and used spinach instead of escarole. Very yummy - thanks for the recipe.
