I modified this.
No fried onions, 1 1/2 cups soup, 1 yellow pepper, 1 onion, 4 cloves garlic, 1 tomato, 1 yellow squash, imitation cheese, and italian seasoning with Mrs. Dash. Also, parm. cheese. It turned out great. For some added spice, green chiles.
